Dr. Stefanie Bernritter Kleine holds a doctorate in psychology and has spent more than two decades guiding C-suite executives, professional athletes, financial advisors, sales leaders, lawyers, doctors, and entrepreneurs through the inner shifts that outer success can't touch. She brings clinical depth, real-world rigor, and the rare ability to name what high-performers are quietly carrying. Several of her clients have engaged her across multiple firms over the course of their careers.
Her book, BE THE WORK: The Shift from Human Doing to Human Being, launches in 2026.
Dr. Stefanie's work has been featured in Bloomberg and The Wall Street Journal, and she has appeared as a television contributor and film consultant. She is a member of MENSA and an Erickson Coaching International graduate.
Through her work, Dr. Stefanie helps high-performers see the patterns that quietly cap their success, drain their energy, and disconnect them from why they're doing it. The result isn't less drive. It's better drive. The kind that sustains over decades without burning people out.

"We've had a lot of speakers. Stefanie was different. She named what no one else was willing to say in the room, and our team is better for it."
"Dr. Stefanie lit up the room. After a long day of workshops, her session was by far the favorite. The energy in the room during her presentation was noticeably inspired. I hope she is back with us next year!"
