Within the first 30 days, Dr. Stefanie conducts a confidential 360 with five people of your choosing, in your personal or professional life. She speaks with each of them directly. The themes that emerge become a foundational mirror for the work ahead, surfacing patterns you cannot see from the inside. At the close of the year, she runs it again, so the change is something you can measure, not just feel.
Executive presence, from someone who has lived it.
Dr. Stefanie is a working actor as well as a coach. When the work calls for it, she helps you with the high-stakes moments other coaching ignores: the keynote, the board conversation, the negotiation, the room you cannot afford to lose. Presence you can use, not theory.
